This is a Modern Warfare 3 design requestmade by my brother. I think he was kidding when he requested this but I wanted to do it anyways!
So how did your Black Friday go? I actually don't like shopping on Black Friday even with all the deals the stores provide. I feel like by the time I get to the store all the good items are gone and it's so over crowded that shopping doesn't feel as comfortable as I'd like it to be. Half the time I don't know what I'm looking for when I go! In a few weeks I'll probably find something I'll want and realize it's much cheaper if I purchased it on Black Friday lolz.
What you're looking at:
Thumb: "Call of Duty"
Index: "Blast Shield" Perk
Middle: MW3 Logo
Ring: Modern Warfare 3 Cover image
Pinky: "Blind Eye" Perk

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope you all have a great meal and an awesome time with your friends and family today :-).
Yesterday I drove to my parents house in West Palm and took Lil C.Ly and my niece out to see Breaking Dawn (aka Twilight part 4). I don't know what I feel about the movie but I wish I can get my own island after I get married too.
After the movies, Lil C.Ly and I stayed up doing our nails. Her post will be up tomorrow! I decided to do a Thanksgiving themed design (thought it was appropriate for today). This is my first time I used acrylic paint to design and wow it made it SO much easier to do! All this time I've been free hand painting with nail polish and it dries up so quick and gets irritating at times since the flow isn't as smooth as regular paint. I'm clumsy so I tend to put the tops back onto the bottles and that could be pretty time consuming when I open and then close etc. over and over just so it doesn't dry up or spill lolz. I also didn't have all the colors I needed in nail polish so sometimes I couldn't do certain designs but now that I've learned that I can use acrylic and it's SO much easier to mix and create different colors, I'm excited to do more designs!

Index: Female Pilgrim
Middle: Cornucopia with various fruits
Ring: Female Indian
Pinky: Slice of pumpkin pie
A little late but better than never! I did this quick and a bit messy Pink by Victoria's Secret inspired nail design for this week's Pink Wednesday! I've been busy and didn't do anything new for a whole week and this is not one of my better creations but I wanted to participate today! I had the dog from VS's Pink on my thumb but it turned out to look like a dinosaur so I left it out lolz.
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and eat lots of food :-)
Participating in my very first Pink Wednesdays today :-) I decided to go for a soft pink blush color (my #1 choice of color I would wear any day) with a French inspired theme.
Thumb: Eiffel Tower with some floating white clouds
Index: "Je T'aime" translated means "I Love You" in French.
Middle: Pink roses
Ring: Poodle (messy and a bit awkward, but yes it's a poodle lolz)
Pinky: Black lace
This was also my first time putting lace on my fingers too! The only hard part was sizing it to fit but it was fairly easy to apply after. I've never been to Paris or Europe but I owe it to the entertainment industry and movies for making me believe that Paris is filled with love, romance...and crêpes. What do you think of when you think of Paris?
I'm finding myself to be more addicted to doing my nails every other day or almost every day lately! If it's not this it's sewing. I work online from home and I'm usually on my laptop 95% of the day so I enjoy getting to do my nails or sewing since they'll take me away from the computer for a bit. Kudos for new hobbies!
Good evening! Is it me or has blogger been weird lately? I don't know why but my "followers" list comes and goes and when I go look at blogs I follow I don't see them there and then they appear. So odd!
On that note, today was a little hot and gloomy here in Florida. I did these yesterday and the photos came out darker than I liked but I was able to adjust the contrast and brightness a bit. I had fun doing these! They're a few of the networks I use often: Google, YouTube, Facebook, Blogger, and Twitter - Twitter being the least used...I'm still getting a hang of it :-).
Tomorrow is my first "Pink Wednesday"! I'm excited about the theme I'm doing! Come back tomorrow to see :-)
Burrrr it's getting a little colder! I love grabbing myself a nice cup of Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks when it's chilly out. Nothing says "'tis the season" more than a nice hot drink.
My boyfriend, James inspired me to paint this group of handsome Marvel men on my nails. James is your basic young American man who still has that boy spirit and loves video games and comics :-) The other day he was talking about going to see Captain America: The First Avenger so that made me think of wanting to do my nails with the characters. If you can't tell, they're Wolverine, Spiderman, Hulk, Captain America, and Ironman on my nails. This one definitely took a long time but the end result was well worth it!
I did some updates on the site and added a chat box to the right of the page. Feel free to leave any quick comments! Also to the right of the page..if you'd like, you can link to us by adding our clipart/link on your page :-) Thank you for the support!
It took me FOREVER to pick this design out. I don't know why but it was like I forgot what to do?? Does that make sense?? I wanted to do a little bumble bee but that didn't work out. I also tried to do butterfly wings and that didn't work either. I decided to do The Powerpuff Girls after I thought about Lil C.Ly's costume she wore with her friends at school :-) My favorite character in this is Mojo Jojo. Evil as he may be, he looks cute on my stubby pinky!
I forgot to mention, if you've noticed that we had little duckies and piggies in all of our posts, they're our mascots, Jelly and Belly! I love yellow rubber duckies and Lil C.Ly loves piglets :-) I created them on Photoshop and decided to play dress up with them from time to time to match our nails. Feel free to check Jelly and Belly out at the link on the top of our blog or go here. I think the new outfits I made for this theme would be the one I like most right now.
Special thanks to: May (Kitana) and June (Mileena)!
Happy Halloween everyone!!!!!!!! What did you dress up as? I went as Jade from Mortal Kombat along with a group of friends and family. We went downtown (Orlando) in a group of 8 or 9 and had a blast taking pictures with a bunch of other people dressed up. I know the group photos I put up are small but my brother (Ricky) would be the one in the Raiden outfit and his fiancé is Kitana (May), Mileena is May's twin sister, June (in real life) and her fiancé is Sub-Zero (Don). Other characters were Reptile (Van), Scorpion (Troy), and Kung Lao (Khai). That might've been confusing and un-necessary info but thought I would share that with you! Lil C.Ly is in high school so she lives with our parents in West Palm and didn't get a chance to go.
The nail design idea (solid color with OPI black shatter) came from May and we thought it'd be cute if we had matching nails even though it was so dark out and no one would see it lol. We each did our own and June (Mileena) added some silver onto hers to represent the nasty teeth that her character had in the game.
I mentioned in my previous post that I was going to get a sewing machine, and I did!! I made the girls' outfits (with a bit of their help of course) as well as mended some of the boys' outfits. I originally got a small sewing machine that looked like a toy called "Sew E-Z" lol and I really liked it so I decided to upgrade to a big girl sewing machine and got a Brother one. I'm obsessed with it right now! I made a couple of pillows for my bed and it's awesome! Hmm..what should I do next?
Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at our quirky creations! We're sisters and we love creating fun and silly nail art designs. This page is for sharing our creations only and we do not do tutorials :-) All our designs are hand drawn and we do not use stencils :-).
